Renderous Interruptous

While rendering my external drive with my files on it was disconnected (at 90%). I've reconnected the file but the render seems to be frozen. Is there any way to continue from the 90% or do I have to start over?

Due to the volatile nature of interframe encoding, you are stuck with doing a new render.
