That was not created natively in Vegas, I'm almost certain. But it seems possible.

Contact the author on yt, and ask what animation workflow was used.

I created that 😀sorry i just butchered my post. What I meant was i want to keep creating that same animation for every pair of tweets i make but without having to repeat the key frames

I don't tweet and would never knowingly hang out with anyone who would do such a thing, but I do repetitive graphics all the time.

Here's the English language version of the procedure.

1) Now that you have the graphics worked out for a tweet pair, save that project as Tweet Master.veg.

2) Open Tweet Master.veg and immediately save the project as Tweet1.veg.

3) In the Media Pool, right-click on the first tweet and select Replace.

4) Navigate to the location of the first of your new tweet pair and select it.

5) Repeat steps 3 and 4 for the second tweet in your new pair and save Tweet1.veg.

6) Open a New Vegas project and add the project Tweet1.veg to the timeline.

7) Repeat steps 2-4 ad nausea.

The process is called nesting. It's a fine attribute of Vegas in that it allows Vegas projects to replace media clips. It saves a lot of time and tedium that you can then apply to reading mindless tweets.

I did a tutorial on that subject some time ago.

Hey John,

Firstly, Thank you for that it works 👍 but is there an alternative? I have 60 tweets to put in order on a regular basis and this seems super tedious also 😩

I was hoping to just copy paste key frames to every new pair of tweets so that I don't have to keep opening pan/crop or mess with track motion.

Use the (new in VP15) Picture in Picture FX. Animate the settings to get the motion you want. Copy the event > select the target events > Paste Event Attributes.

I haven't used the FX myself yet but it should work. Please let us know if it does.
