resizing in pan and crop

Hello, I want to reduce a greenscreen image which is 512 by 512 image so it fits in a 1920 by 1080 frame with vegas but when i move my small image over to the right of the screen it disappears through a invisibe wall. is there anyway round it. thanks

Use Track Motion instead of Pan/Crop, or use the two in combination.

Or instead of Track Motion use PictureInPicture video FX on your clip. It's easier than using track motion (at least I find it so). But it was only introduced a few versions ago and you don't say which version of VMS you have. Also it needs to be placed after Pan/Crop in the FX chain.
