Scroll tracks up and down on vegas pro

Hello,

I'm looking for the keys on the keyboard that allow you to scroll from track to track (from top to bottom) on Vegas Pro, like when you press the bar on the right side. To quickly switch from one track to another without moving the mouse.

How to associate this action with mouse keys? or a scroll wheel on the side of a mouse?

Yes that's it. And how do you associate actions with mouse buttons?

Specifically, which actions? Some may be listed in 'Help> Shortcuts'. There are many combos of 'keys+ mouse wheel' and 'key+ mouse button clicks'
