Serious bug with slide transition...

I'm using Vegas Pro 14 on a Windows 10 64-bit computer, 16Gb RAM, Ati Radeon HD 7700.

When I'm using the "slide" transition effect, it generates artifacts.

As it disappear when I disable GPU acceleration, I suppose the problem is between Vegas Pro and my graphic card.
You can clearly see the artifacts on the image below, on the left of the layer which is moving toward left.

[...]

Anyway, as you are the people in charge of the Vegas Pro Suite I bought :

You are at version 14 of the software and the problem is still going on. Can you please fix it rapidly now ?

Also, I'm sorry but I used money to buy your software, so I don't want to have to change my graphic card (the drivers are up-to-date).

Thanks.

The Forum is not the place to report problems with the software. Submit a bug ticket to the support team at Magix. We can commiserate with you here but can do nothing to fix the problem.

Issues like this have been happening with hardware specific features in NLE's (and other programs) for decades. One of the main reasons Vegas was one of the last (or the very last?) NLE to support graphical hardware acceleration.

@t512 Can you share a simple .veg project along with the relevant media files for others to test to see if it occurs with other GPUs/drivers? Could be just 1 track, 2 media and 1 transition. You could zip the 3 files and share it on Google Drive, Dropbox, mega.nz, mediafire etc..
