Serious .MOV incompatibility, crashes, black render screens etc

Hi,

I can't work well with Quicktime .MOV files, what I imported from my iPhone SE (Same hw as iPhone 6S)

First, the preview window started to lagging, that I could solve with "create video proxy".

But after imported more than 10 .MOV files they started to lag heavily.

Some previews randomly greyed out on the timeline, and I can't render them (only black screen with sound). If I restart vegas, sometimes they work, sometimes not. I worked more than 5 hours on the whole movie project, and now I can't render the movie because of this.

Is there a FINAL solution for Quicktime files without re-encode them with HandBrake?

Maybe another Quicktime plugin, or another codec to open .MOV files?

Or any settings in Vegas? Example Dynamic RAM preview size, or anything.

Set dynamic RAM preview to zero, now the render is very slow, but I am on 50% already.

One hour to render a 10 minutes clip.

Downloaded Vegas Pro 15 instead. It can handle vegas movie studio 14 project. Now the files are OK, render is smooth. Render time: 20 minutes.

It worked like a charm, now uploading video to youtube.

I hope that VMS 15 will include native .MOV coded too. That would be good.
