Someone please help me with this issue!

Before you get extremely triggered, I had NO IDEA where I was supposed to put this post, so I just decided to put it somewhere where most people will look.

So when editing, there are some strange bugs appearing in the preview window that I can't seem to figure out. The recording itself is perfectly fine, but previewing it in Vegas makes it have these weird problems. This used to never happen on any version of Vegas I had installed, but now it happens on every version I try.

Here's my hardware and stuff.

I edit with Vegas Pro 14. I'm currently using an Intel i5-7th Gen CPU. An integrated Intel HD Graphics 620. My OS is Windows 10 Home.

Here's the video:

Will you please describe your "strange bugs" and "wierd issue" with a little more detail?

And then provide this information?

Normally, I would be able to sort this quickly, but unfortunately, my crystal ball is at the cleaners.

Normally, I would be able to sort these quickly, but coincidentally, my crystal ball is at the cleaners.

Okay, so if you watch the video that I linked in the post you'll notice that at random parts of the video while watching in preview mode in Vegas Pro the video's colors become distorted and extremely dark. When I go back and watch the source video, everything is perfectly fine.

Hopefully this helps you understand the situation.

Sorry about making this complicated.

1. My version is Vegas Pro 14.0 (Build 161)

2. I'm using Windows 10 Home version 1709

3. I used OBS Studio for the source footage

4. I'm planning on uploading this to YouTube

5. You've already seen the video

I have GPU Acceleration on with my integrated Intel 620 HD.

Here are my project settings http://prntscr.com/iys52r

I get that when I record screencapture with NVENC hardware encoding. The solution for me and vegas15 was to turn off hardware video decoding

https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/avc-xavc-s-issues-in-vp15-try-disabling-so4compoundplug-dll--108345/?page=1

But you're on vegas14. Maybe it's still to do with turning off hardware video decoding. Until someone comes along that really knows what's going on. Can you try using software encoding for OBS, capture a sample and try that in vegas. See if suddenly everyworking works properly
