SOS.My video stops rendering at 41% every time.Its a video for my job!

URGENT! I've been using vegas for over a decade and have never had this issue. I'm a wedding videographer and I'm rendering a video on Movie Studio 17.0 Platinum for my clients, and the video stops rendering at 41% every time. The countdown still goes down until it hits 0 seconds, but the rendering never finishes/goes past 41%. I've looked up many tutorials, tried importing the project into a new file, have turned off my GPU acceleration, gotten rid of some flash effects, and nothing is working. I am under contract and need this video back to my clients ASAP, so any feedback is greatly appreciated!!!

Look exactly what is on the timeline at 41%. You also may offer us a screenshot with the cursor on that spot from the whole Vegas interface

What media and fx are on the timeline at the point the render freezes?

Try removing something.

Try turning GPU rendering off.

Do provide some details if you would like individual support.

Here is the exact frame that keeps making it glitch. It had a flash effect that I removed, and it still is showing the same issue. Super confused why, it's from a clip that rendered fine previously in the video, but once it hits that specific frame, it stops at 41%

Here is an image of the exact frame that the glitching starts at. I had some flash effects here before, but removed them, and the issue keeps happening. The GPU rendering is off as well. The media at the point it freezes had rendered perfectly fine in the video at previous points, but the second it shows up again, it makes the rendering freeze at 41%. super confusing.

mark a region ~5sec around that spot and prerender it.
