Stage Lights

I am having trouble with having totally white faces and skin due to bright stage lights. I have tried brightness and contrast and sharpen amoung several other effects but cant seem to get it looking any better. Any ideas?

You won't make faces right with stage lights on, unless the lights are already white and you have previously white-balanced on them, full up.

Also, if they are clipped to white, as I suspect, there is nothing you can do.

The only logical course of rendering is with the faces colored as per the stagelight wash, so the idea is, don't "fix" them 😲
