Vegas 15.0 Playback Issues

AMD Ryzen 3800x

16GB DDR4

RTX 2070 Super

For some reason no matter how many tutorials I watch, certain video clips of mine cannot be previewed, no matter the hardware setting, no matter the video quality, it just runs at about 1fps and stutters like CRAZY in the playback.

AT first I tried importing a h.264 clip from my YI 4K+ Camera, and it couldn't even import to vegas, so I used handbrake to change the format to mpeg-4.

If anyone and I mean ANYONE can give me some help, I would appreciate it a ton. Tryna push these vlogs out but it will NOT work.

Haha fixed my own issue! Used handbrake again and tried doing Nvec h.264 (nvidia) and it plays smooth as a bottom now!
