Vegas + Handbrake Inconsistencies. Please Help.

Please detail your question or problem in as much detail as possible:
I've connected handbrake with vegas, and it seemed to work fine at first, but it stopped working out of the blue. If it does happen to work, then the video file is only about 1/3 or about 80% of the full video. Now, there is no video at all, and it gets processed too fast. Can someone please help?

*Edit: I got it to process up to 81% of one test video before it gave me the " when done action "

My video sample today was a 15 second clip, but Handbrake only processed 11 seconds. What's with the inconsistencies?

Tell us about your environment. What version of HandBrake? What version of Windows are you running. etc.
1.0.3. = Windows 10 (64 Bit)

Handbrake locked my thread on their forums, so I'm here asking for your help since I think this has to do with Vegas too. I've followed the steps on this forum to integrate handbrake with vegas.

Handbrake locked my thread on their forums,

That's a bit melodramatic; they locked your duplicate post on Handbrake, not the one I responded to inviting you here. And now you've double-posted on this forum as well. Both forums tend to run a bit anti-entitlement, so maybe throttle back a little, and allow your fellow users to respond freely?

Thanks for pointing that out. I honestly did not mean to double post on any of the forums. I had internet problems last night, so that might have played a factor when I was creating these threads. Sorry! Thank you as well for even replying. I've resolved the other problem with vegas' aspect ratio by unticking "maintain aspect ratio" in properties, but handbrake is still a problem. Here is a quick edited video of my handbrake problem. The original test video is about 14 seconds long, but handbrake only processed 11 seconds of it. Sorry, the recording is a bit shakey:

Er, I might be seeing things, but you appear to be ONLY Selecting a small section of empty Timeline?

Wouldn't that mean that the picture is now distorted?

Yes, it would.

I was just looking to see how long the clip was. That was also after it was rendered.
