Vegas not reading Logitech Webcam recorded files correctly! Help!

I recently recorded a video using the Logitech HD Pro Webcam C920, and when I added the footage to my Vegas timeline, something weird happened. Vegas only seemed to read the first frame of the file as if I had taken a picture, and it only read about 6 seconds of audio. I have never run into this problem before. The only thing I can think may be the case is the new "Logitech Capture" software they made me download when I installed my new device. Other than that, nothing in the files are different except for a slight variation on the titling, where instead of something like "2018-12-4-06-32" it says "2019-4-29_20-42". I may have to reinstall the old video capturing software, but I want to make sure it isn't fixable beforehand. The file type is .mp4

The Vegas software I am using is Movie Studio Platinum 15.

I also use Windows 7. I know it may be outdated, but I have never run into an issue with Vegas and Windows before.

File Properties of the footage is

I have updated my post and included a picture of the general settings of the properties. Hope this helps.

No, unfortunately it doesn't tell us a thing.

If you don't wish to post the file properties, try Handbrake. That's the generic solution.

Sorry the properties weren't helpful. Is there another tab of properties that would be preferable?

Also, thanks for the suggestion of handbrake, I'm downloading it now.

@Sterling-DeMascio download the free app Mediainfo, load it, go to the View tab, select Text Mode, then go to the File tab and load your source media, post a screenshot of that report. This should provide some meaningful properties of your source media.

This is in the link that @Musicvid provided in his first reply.
