So I made a recording using a Blue Yeti mic and Audacity. I rendered it to a lossless WAV file at 44.1k at 16 bit. I usually use Sony AVC to render or Magix AVC. Both of these seem to heavily compress my audio and kinda make the bass more hollow and cheap sounding. I then tried rendering just the audio using the high quality audio presets and it sounded pretty much exactly like the original file I have on my pc, but that doesn't help me since it doesn't do video. I tried using some of the weirder render options like main concept and windows 11, but those ended up corrupting the files and I actually had to reinstall Vegas pro 15 because it crashed and then couldn't find the license...
So are there any tips to get a better audio renders while still rendering video? I rendered the video to the max 25,000,000 and messed around with the audio from like the average 192,000 all the way to 500,000. Still sounded the same. Also messed around with the sample rate from 32 to 44 to 48, still had that crappy hollow bass crap.
