Vegas Pro 19 project renders but mp4 video crashes and no playback

Never had trouble with rendering my videos with previous versions when it came to rendering or playing back my rendered videos.\

Also tried rendering with AMD and nvidia but no luck. What could be the problem, is windows 11 really doing this? Do I need to download a different player off the Play store(windows app store)?

Are you "playing back" your rendered files in Vegas Preview? That is not recommended, because totally unlike a player such as VLC, every file must be inflated to raw bits for processing in Vegas. That creates a bitstream that is 5-10 times fatter than the compressed file, creating a huge strain on your resources.
