Video corrupted when I render in mp4

I'm trying to render a mp4 video and I get "error not determined" when I try to render by CPU (Intel). And when I want to render by GPU (NVIDIA) it finishes rendering, but the video file has no weight and can not be played because it seems to be corrupted. I want to render in mp4 and I can't, I tried to render the same project in AVI and WMV format, these did let me. Is there any solution?

Format I can't render: https://prnt.sc/nkHKswDsCCW6
The only I can render: https://prnt.sc/pC6UDTm1I_ff

Start by going to Help->Check for Driver Updates, and do so when prompted.

To be sure something deeper isn't at play, render a file with Encode Mode set to Magix HEVC. This will force software encoding.

I did what he told me. I had an older version of my GPU drivers, I finished updating it and restarted the PC. But I still get the same error.

Next, try resetting Vegas.

From experience not all Intel (integrated graphics) drivers work well. Maybe reinstall the ones that came with your motherboard.

Sys 1 Gig Z-890-UD, i9 285K @ 3.7 Ghz 64gb ram, 250gb SSD system, Plus 2x2Tb m2,  GTX 4060 ti, BMIP4k video out. Vegas 19 & 122(194), Edius 8.3WG and DVResolve19 Studio. Win 11 Pro. Latest graphic drivers.

Sys 2 Laptop 'Clevo' i7 6700K @ 3.0ghz, 16gb ram, 250gb SSd + 2Tb hdd,   nvidia 940 M graphics. VP17, Plus Edius 8WG Win 10 Pro (22H2) Resolve18
