For format, I'd just use .mp4, however, I'm biased as that's the format I always use.

It depends on 1) how you will use the rendered video and 2) whether the encoder allows you to create a custom template with 726x100 pixel dimensions.

But you can't get 100 pixel on mp4 it will automatically changing to 144 pixels
