When i render out, everything is in 4x4 boxes

When i render out my project it shows as 4x4 squares, ive just been working on other projects and it works fine, and i tried a new one, it only happens to the clips with FX on it, (90% of em), im using the exact same project settings as my other projects too, anyone have a clue? here is a picture of what it looks like

@andre-hunttt you haven't given us enough information to help you. We can't see your project.

Try disabling the fx one at a time until you identify the one that's causing the problem.

System 1:

System 2:

Lenovo Yoga 720
Core i7-7700 2.8Ghz quad core, 8 logical
16G ram
Intel HD 630 gpu 1G vram
Nvidia GTX 1050 gpu 2G vram

Do you really have Movie Studio, and not Pro?

And did you put your event on a PIP track and not a video track?

Then that would be expected behavior.
