If it's Build 214 you require there's a link in this thread https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/vegas-pro-20-build-214--137660/

I have not previously had a reason to regress builds. Will this install over the newer build or do I need to uninstall via Windows control panel?

You will need to first uninstall the later build before being able to install the earlier build.

It should install over the newer one just fine. You will also have to reinstall older Deep Learning models.

May I ask why you need to roll back?

Former user wrote on 1/27/2023, 7:48 PM

@TVJohn I may also return to previous version, can you report back on if your AI effects still work, and you have no problems with the deep learning module. You have to remove 20.4 models and replace with 20.2. The last time I reverted to a previous version in VP19, and reverted the models the AI effects broke

That's the opposite of what @Dexcon advised so the situation is confusing. Which of you two knowledgable gentlemen is correct?

I have roll back as the Magix AVC renders are crashing V20 on the new build, did not happen in the prevoius build or V19. I am not using deep learning.

you should try voukoder, I notice I get better quality with it than Magix AVC anyway. And it's faster... and free!
