Windows 10 2 x crash Did any of you experience Windows 10 Crashes

I bought Vegas Movie Studio 16 about a year ago. I upgraded it to the Windows 10 Version. I do not know if this has any correlation but 2 of my windows 10 computers crashed within a week or two of downloading Movie Studio 16. I am trying it again finally on a PC that I will only use for Vegas 16. (can't risk another crash) Within an hour of using the program Vegas 16 just locked up and the only way out was cntrl/alt/del ....It did come back to life when I restarted the PC.... I had the old Vegas 9 Version by Sony from way back and I was much more impressed with it.

I did not, but can you give the composition of the computer on which the program was locking up?

Crashes are fundamental part of any software, you gave no specific info of the work you do.

That you means you bought it from someone other that Magix.

Start with the vendor you purchased it from for support.

Well I was just using the program for the first time and it crashed. This is not a good sign. Good software is not subject to crashes. My copy is legit so far as I know. It came in Vegas 16 packaging..... Chatting is a JOKE if you are going to criticize me go away. I dealt with this same crap on facebook. .... Instead of answering positive feedback of solutions you preach CRAP.... this VEGAS 16 is nothing like VEGAS 9. I have used VEGAS 9 for years and it never once crashed....It is a totally ridiculous unhelpful chat .....

Good Software does not crash. That is why the shuttle never used Windows .... etc

@Roy-Russell Give us the details of your computer system as asked by @j-v and we may be able to help you. Also are both your Win 10 computers upgrades from earlier Windows versions?
