How do I frame my video like this?

I've been noticing more and more people are uploading their videos with subtitles on Facebook with a giant header.. ie: https://www.facebook.com/imjoshshipp/videos/10156201771704246/UzpfSTEyMDE5NjM3ODQ0MDA3ODo0MjkyNzQwODQxOTg5NzE/

What is the sizing of the video to make the frame work? Are there templates available for such things?

Set your render properties to match source/project properties. There is an icon in project to do this.

"Match Media Properties" is your search term.
