@jasmohan-k

Your camera source video from Mediainfo is Format/Info:  Advanced Video Codec at Maximum bit rate : 26.0 Mb/s.

Puffing that up to 80 Mbps MPEG-2 is not going to serve any useful purpose. If you did want to puff it up, why not go all the way and render to an uncompressed format like the Sony YUV codec. I tested Convert X to DVD7 and it accepted uncompressed files without complaint for my short test. Though I've used uncompressed intermediates on occasion, it isn't part of my normal workflow. Neither is making DVDs unless I'm forced because of the profound loss of quality from my HD source. When I fed ConvertXtoDVD a 1920x1080-50p uncompressed source and left the setting on "Auto", it produced a VOB that I believe is illegal because it was 720x576-25p.

You said:

"There is one more thing if I make DVD direct from time line it has limited option like

1_ it make maximum 57 minutes video at 4.7gb DVD.

2. It make 720x576 25i uperfield video

But my fottage is progressive

That's y I make DVD in convert x"

It appears you're going to a lot of trouble to create potential playability problems for your customers.

Acceptable for DVD pixel dimensions and frame rates:

The following formats are allowed for H.262/MPEG-2 Part 2 video:[9]

At a display rate of 25 frames per second, interlaced (commonly used in regions with 50 Hz image scanning frequency):

720 × 576 pixels (same resolution as D-1)

704 × 576 pixels

352 × 576 pixels (same as the China Video Disc standard)

352 × 288 pixels

Vegas has its very own templates for making COMPLIANT DVD VIDEO AND AUDIO STREAMS.

The correct procedure for making a DVD from these streams are thoughtfully documented bot on this forum and around the internet.

https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/dvd-architect-beginner-tutorial--103321/

Please read the documention, actually render, author, and burn a DVD by following the instructions, and report back whether you have success or failure.

Going round and round with professionals who know better is not getting your "one-time" project even a second closer to completion. You will not want to put the same file on DVD and usb stick for playback (Why? Because the DVD folder will be 8X larger!) , so gracefully let that one slide...

I just want get rid from frame sluttering while camera moves

That could just as well be setting too high of a shutter speed on your camera. Once you learn what formats it shoots, start there with learning the physical controls.

thnx to all. just i got the things uptil now that i should use dvd architect for dvd burning and for clients render via hand brake or sony avc 50 frmaes. is it ?

just only 1 question which format will support most of lcd tv is playback.i saw mpeg -ps is playable any type of lcd tv.s but in vegas pro you can render mpeg -ts not ps.

No, you will want to render DVD compliant files in Vegas and give them to DVD Architect, where they will prepare in a couple of minutes to burnable folders. If you had read any of the advice posted sofar, you would understand that already.

For client files on USB stick, you will render SEPARATE VIDEO in mp4 progressive format and give those to your friends, family, and whoever. I'm not sure you will be able to complete your "one-time" project without academic guidance.

For that reason, I beg of you to start with the tutorials, come back when you've got something to show us, along with questions about the correct uses for Vegas Pro with DVD Architect. Best of luck, and welcome to the forums.

Oh, never, ever put - ts files directly in a medium you expect to deliver to others. Once again, that's asking for trouble.

If you really want MPEG-2 1920 x 1080 50p remember this is NOT part of the MPEG-2 specification. It can be done though and done pretty well using the MATROX VFW codec pack. This codec pack which renders under Video for Windows in Vegas can deliver an MPEG-2 I-Frame video anywhere from 50 to 300 Mbps. On a decent PC it is fast, utilizes Nvidia GPU for rendering and delivers very decent result. Just select it under the 'video format' in the render dialogue and then use the 'Configure' box to select any one of the Matrox codecs.

http://www.matrox.com/video/en/support/downloads/download/latest/?osID=6&productID=85&editingApplicationID=44

They are:

The following VFW software codecs are provided for use on 32-bit and 64-bit Windows operating systems:

Matrox DV/DVCAM

Matrox DVCPRO

Matrox DVCPRO50

Matrox DVCPRO HD

Matrox MPEG-2 I-frame in SD and HD resolutions, with or without alpha

Matrox Uncompressed in SD and HD resolutions, with or without alpha

Matrox Offline HD (playback only)

Matrox M-JPEG and HDV (playback only)
