Sony Vegas Pro 16 skipping issue

Can anyone help with what causes this glitch at the start of my 4K render and intermittent though. The source file is fine.

GPU render with gtx107ti.

but I wanted to make use of the gtx1070ti if I disabled it whats the point of the graphics card?
