thank you very much i understood how to do the mediainfo process and everything, but the vegas file i'm having problems does not open i go to open i click on the project and it shows the error i put in my post and with that i cannot send the properties of the file for you understand this is the maximum information I can provide about the problem.

a name, a dot, an extension.

@Musicvid The file when downloaded is amv.veg. I only have VMS so obviously cannot open it. Presumably the file got corrupt so could not be opened by Tiukill?

The file name as requested by @Musicvid is actually amv.veg I down loaded the file from your original post and it seems that the file may have been corrupted, in which case you may have a back up file in the same folder called amv.veg.bak which may open.

Understand your frustration but please be mindful that this is an open forum accessable to kids and upwards.

That is not a reasonable support request.

In the future, uploading an example file to Drive or Dropbox will succeed without putting your peer users at risk of malware.

look for veg.bak my vegas doesn't seem to be making .veg.bak files here but apparently it's supposed to so may as well checkj
