What is this, and how do i get et back to normal?

So this just happend. I tried doing the "default settings" thing but did not affect this thing.

(not the Media Offline thing, but its on 2 tracks, kinda)

You double-clicked on the intersecton of two events on the timeline and entered Expanded Edit mode. Double-click in the same place again or press 5 on the numeric keyboard.
