ERROR CODE: -24

When I Bought vegas pro 14 I had activated it, and it worked perfectly. now when I try to open the application it just pops up the activation prompt and when I try to activate it again it says the serial number has already been taken with the error code: -24.

If anyone has some way to fix this it would be very welcome at this moment.

You will need to contact customer support to have this error corrected.
