I bought v18 a few weeks ago and was told I would receive mail with free upgrade to 19 code, on release. Non have arrived. Anyone else have the same issue - or know a solution? Magix difficult to contact!
They're being sent in batches. If you do not receive your email containing the serial numbers during this week, contact shop@magix.net. Watch your spam folder as well.
My apologies for asking question already in forums; thanks for replies guys - appreciated. Looking for help I found just two options "Ask the community" and "Ask support". I did not see/still do not see any way to enter a support query to search the forum. Having gone back and looked I am still not seeing it, so may be being dim!
