The problem : i pin my projects for vegas pro 15 (steam edition) icon( https://imgur.com/a/pBZQR ) and out comes steam asking for this EVERY TIME!
Question : do we have a solution for this crap?! or a work-around?

Have you tried to search "attempting to launch [etc.]" on http://steamcommunity.com/discussions/ ? Many of us don't do Steam here, though we do steam once in a blue moon.

Issue here is simple : I have pinned some projects on the vegas icon on the start menu bar for easy access!
As I click on them- instead of vegas opening up straight away, steam pops that dialogue instead and only after accepting it vegas does what is asked of it!
What I'm asking is : has anyone found a solution to this( that is : removing the steam asking for approval part) ?
I think this is a limitation of steam - because Steam version will require the Steam's Host to run.
I once used VP14's steam edition too, and whenever I run the Steam version, it will run that Steam host. Or if I try want to run 2nd application of Vegas - the steam host will refer it to the first application.
