Hi, I recently received a new version of the software via email. I followed the instructions carefully but now it won't let me install the newer version. My Serial is correct. I can't work out what is going wrong.
Are you sure that there are no typing errors and the serial number is for that program? If so, Ask Support.
Hi, yes I am sure. I copied & pasted the serial and I took extra care to check that it was for my 365 software. I’ll take up your suggestion and ask support. Thank you C:
