4K Properties Problem

I'm trying to make a 4K video. The clips that I have are 3840x2160. When I try to change the video properties, I use the 4K 30 fps template. When I try to apply these settings, Movie Studio 13 changes it back to 1920x1080 at 30 fps. Any suggestions?

What happens if you set the Video Project Properties to Match Media?

It still stays at 1920x1080 at 30 fps, even when the file I selected is in 4K.

It looks like only Vegas Pro allows 4K project resolutions. See the comparison here, third item the end of the "Video" section:

Does the OP have the basic Movie Studio 13 (which may be different) or the Platinum version?
