Movie Studio Platinum HD always worked for me these past 4 years. I even produced and edited a music documentary, showed it on the big screen in theaters and it did an amazing job. Now suddenly it won't open and I try to re-install from the disk and it fails. It says " error 1603 " . Does anyone have a solution that does not include buying new software or changing formats, companies products? Purchased with " unlimited tech support via e-mail " . Why did this happen suddenly and how do I fix it? I have much work by this software, please someone help. bjm
