A Question Before I Buy

I'm considering upgrading to Movie Studio 14 from HD 9. It's served me well the past seven years, but I think it's high time I get an upgrade. Especially because it's been causing me problems as of late. I've already asked one question concerning it, but I have one more. Are SFK files finally done with? There's no reason for wasting kilobytes upon kilobytes on your hardrive at minimum just to draw a waveform. I can name several other editing programs, even free ones, that don't need to clutter your hardrive with goat files just to draw a waveform. I'm not saying this is s deciding factor, I'm just curious.

I suggest you test with the free 30 day trial to see for yourself. It'll help to answer your keyboard editing mode question as well.

I'll try it out, if my PC can stomach it, that is 😜

Still does it. I've often wondered the same as it's mildly annoying, but not really a big deal to me. I just delete them after the project's done.
