AAC - MPEG1 - MPEG2 - MPEG4 Activation Fail!!!!

I have a computer with Ryzen 9 5950X processor, 64GB RAM, Radeon 7900XT and I can't activate AAC - MPEG codecs. I CAN?T USE THE SOFTWARE AFTER BUY IT.
