Account assistence

Hi everybody. i had in a old Pc Sony vegas Pro 13.0. I haven't been using it for years but in these last days i really wanted to start again. Unfortunatly i don't remeber email and password. What should i do? Can i call somebody of the assistence to fix it?

Unfortunately you may need to try and find your old email address. The standard Support advice is here.

I guess you could ask emailing infoservice@magix.net though. Btw, as you have a Sony/SCS version of the software, do you remember ever checking if you actually have a MAGIX account?

I did it right few hours ago but it doesn't connect with the old account
