Using Acid Pro v 10.0.6 (build 9) 64 bit and Using Acid Pro suite v 10.0.5 (build 38) 64 bit

PLEASE HELP! In both Acid Pro 10 and Acid Pro suite 10, I have the same issue. When I add a new effect to my FX chain on a given channel, certain FX settings totally reset, which means all my tweaks and adjustments are lost. A box sometimes comes up when I add an effect..it reads 'Error loading the plugin state. The plugin state could not be restored: Unknown format.'

I PAID FOR THE UPGRADE TO ACID PRO SUITE 10... but it didn't fix the issue. I updated to the latest version of Acid pro 10... it made no difference. ANY IDEAS?
