Activation

So simply put when downloading at the end when it asks for my serial to activate and register online I receive an error-14 and it wont activate yet I received a notification that my registration is complete, I can use the music program but not the video the icon for the video is a blue wrench I guessing because it isn't working

thank you I believe I need serial number for the magix pc check and tunning part of the program and I dont know where to find one
