I buy Vegas Pro 18, my credit card was already deducted the amount, the last screen freeze with "ERROR" and stop there with any movement at all for hours. so is this.. my money paid without my purchase..!!! please help me.. anyhow, refund, or give me the activation code... please.... !!!!! ... the amount paid on 14th-March-2021 at the time of 6:45PM time in Thailand. any information needed from me.. please let me know... please.....
