after rendering video getting ripple

after I render i am getting a ripple going through the video in middle of the screen only. is it the video option im choosing to render it at? I have tried two different render types with same outcome. thanks for help to whoever also.

Try rendering at "Best" (not "Good").
If that doesn't work, you'll need to provide some basic information (media, project, and render properties, and timeline effects).

ok i will try that. everytime ive rendered ive picked the render type not sure if i saw the option but i will render again and let you know.

looking at it again i don't get the option of good or best. i have to choose the media type of way i want to render it as. Im using movie studio HD platinum 11.

you have it in Project / Properties / Video.
