There Rumours that if u don't submit a Spatial audio mix Apple will not put you on playlist or front page to promote your music.
Spotify and sound cloud is turning into TikTok and other music Streaming service are following as well.

I don't do music but the dolby renderer has a Binaural monitor option for headphones so you don't necessarily require a dolby atmos studio to perceive the surround effect if that's your main concern, but if your ears and headphones don't match what's expected it wouldn't be fully accurate

Hello. Did I understand correctly that spotify promotion service bought out TikTok?
No it being redesigned the front page to look more like tiktok without the comments section or ad's same with sound cloud
The good thing is people don't have to listen to the full 3 minutes song and get bored thay can just like TikTok were people don't know the full song thay only know the 15 second bit that want viral and no care about the rest.

Apple Said in February they will not put u in playlist unless it's in spatial audio.
