Application Error Won't Start

Ever since the latest update to my Vegas 365 the software will now not start. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall and I get the same error. The app begins to start but while it is loading it just stops. I checked my event viewer and there is an error that shows up. Here is what is shows...

Is there a way to uninstall completely clean and reinstall?
