Hello! I bought and redeemed/downloaded MOVIE STUDIO 18 SUITE from Amazon. Now, when I try to access the program, I'm being asked for ANOTHER serial number (starting with P). Please help! Thanks!!!
Yes the serial number required for activation does start with P. Where/how did you get your serial number?
Your software Movie Studio 18 is now a MAGIX product, so you need to try asking at magix.info or contact MAGIX Support. This forum is for VEGAS products.
Anyway, this comment explains how you should have received your code(s). Did you check your email spam folder?
Check also your MAGIX account just in case.
