Authentication code

I just updated my computer to windows 10 and i am trying to install vegas pro 12 again but can not get the authentication code

I did download the program from the website but can not get any further.

Go to your Magix account https://www.magix.com/us/support/my-service-center/

There under My Products you should find your VP12 and its serial number.

Thanks for the quick answer. I did go there and downloaded the program again. i did installed but after i enter the SN is asking me for the authentication numbers

@Angela-Gomez-Hodgson this may apply: "Older versions of Vegas Pro than 14.0 are licensed under a system (as previously used by Sony) which permits use on multiple computers by one user; after an unspecified number of installations on different or updated PCs you may need to contact support to reset your "installation count"."
