Blu-Ray with Architect 4.5d ?

I have Sony Vegas Movie Studio Platinum 9.0. I'm using Architect 4.5d. Will this version burn Blu-Ray discs? I read somewhere online that it would, but I can't find the "Burn to Blu-Ray" option anywhere. Just wondering if I need to upgrade to Platinum 11.

VMS 11 HD Platinum is a worthwhile upgrade anyway.
