I have the same problem. I purchased the Vegas 20 post and my e-mail from Magix for downloading Vegas does not have the Boris activation code. I have always had all the add ons listed in the e-mail for activation. This time I do not have my Boris FX Primatte Studio 2021.5 activation code so I cannot download it to start.
 

Hey, same here. The email is missing the Boris FX Primatte Studio 2021.5 Activation Key.

Boris says to speak to Magix for that Key as they issue them to their customers.

Hopefully the MAGIX Support Team can help solve this issue. *fingers crossed*

Further to my post about Boris FX and Vegas pro 20 suite. Magix have said that Primatte Studio was not included in the pre purchase!!! I must admit this was not clear to me especially when I viewed the various Vegas Pro options which include Primatte Studio as part of the Pro Suite. It seems you have to be very careful when you pre order Magix software. You may not get what you think.

If their argument is that pre-purchasers were just buying/upgrading to Vegas Pro alone, how is it that both Sound Forge and ActionVFX are included and work fine - and why would the release email sent to pre-purchasers include the download link and full instructions on obtaining, installing and licencing Primatte Studio?

The saga continues. The activation code I was given has already been registered! What is going on? Ball back in Magix court.

Ok, an update that may help some people. The activation code for the version of Primatte Studio included with Vegas 19 works for the one in Vegas 20

Following on from MikeS' post, here's what you do:-
1) Ignore the link in the email, also ignore the link in the popup during Vegas 20 installation
2) Go to the borisfx website and sign in (you'll have signed in previously when you eventually found out how to download the version for Vegas 19)
3) Go to Support -> Downloads -> Continuum and download the latest OFX version (Primatte Studio is one of the Continuum plugins so you download the whole thing, once you licence it you'll have the option to strip the rest of Continuum and leave just the licensed Primatte plugin)
4) Go to My Account -> Account -> Licenses
5) Click on the invoice number for your "Continuum Premium Filters — Multi-host" licence, this will display your licence key
6) Run the installer
7) When prompted to activate (this opens in a new window) chose the first activation method and paste in your licence key that you found in step 5

Launch Vegas, you should now find in your Video Event FX plug-in chooser a fully-licensed "BCC Primatte Studio" both in the OFX collection and in the BCC Key and Blend collection. Mine's happily activated version 2022.5.

If you need earlier versions, use the "Download Installers" button you'll find in Step 4 above.

I bought Vegas 365. This is my first Boris product installation so I don't have previous plug-ins. The Boris Primematte link and instructions are in my Vegas activation email but no Boris activation code was included.

Thoughts for someone without a previous Boris install?
