BorisFX - BCC Image Restoration unit

Hi!

I have installed the latest update of Movie Studio Platinum 13 (955) from scratch and installed Boris Continuum Units from "My order" page.

But after using tonight for one clip the BCC Optical Stabilizer it's saying that I need to register the two units and ask for a valid serial number or serial numbers for each unit...

I have checked email from Sony and "My order" page but I do not see any valid serial number.
I have also checked this two topics:

I have restarted SOny Movie Platinum 13 and reinstalled BorisFX but nothing changed...

From one of your linked threads:
"You will still have your Boris FX Continuum Units even after this trial message expires."

I am sure that is still valid. Like the threads say, you do not need a serial number for the two units.
I have not experienced anything that would contradict the thread started by D7K.

I hope so...but the button "analyse" (which was enabled when I tried the first time) it s not available anymore...now there is only Register in place of Analyse
Do you have checked the screenshot?
I think the behaviour of my problem it s different from the others topics ...
Any suggestions

Did you try to close the window "Continuum Complete Units" and continue?
Can you go straight to "Analyze" and not to "Register" at all?

And yes; I checked your screenshot. It is similar to what I get if I click "Register" first. The difference is the uppermost text in the CCU window. Instead of "15 days remain..." I now get "The evaluation period has expired...".

Did you take a look at my last post and my screenshot link in the thread you said you "checked"?

Closing and continuing was the first try...thanks.
But i can't use the software with the button "Analyse" replaced with "Register" (see screenshot)

Yes I have checked the topics the night ago and the link to the dropbox image is not working on my computer...nothing displayed/downloaded...

Also if i click on Register the program redirect me on a page on BorisFX which ends with an error 404...

In your screenshot I see both "Register" and "Analyze".
For me they are also not working as long as the CCU window is open.
After I close or "Cancel" the CCUnits window, they work and I can continue to "Analyze".
If I click "Register" in the CCUnits window, I am redirected to the BorisFX 404 error page that you mention, so do NOT do that. And have you tried not clicking "Register" anywhere at all?

I am puzzled if "Analyze" does not work if you just press that button right after opening the FX window and seeing "Please click the Analyze button.." on the Preview window.
You do seem to have the Suite version and the 64-bit OS.
I can only suggest that you at least try a reset.
If that does not help or anyone else cannot figure this out, you need to contact SCS Support.

Btw, does this link work for you?

Yes, You can see "Register", which is a button on the left side of the image.
And "Analyze" is only a white text on the preview monitor of Movie studio, but only one is a button. "Register" replaced the button Analyze after only one session of Movie studio.

Tried closing CCUnits window by clicking on top right "X", nothing changes.
Tried Unlock=no valid code
Register= 404
Purchase=borisfx store
Cancel=return to "Video event FX" window/panel BUT the button remain "Register"

I have upgraded last year to "Movie Studio 13 Suite", i have installed today to a new system (Win7 x64) the 64 bit version of Movie studio and BorisFX.

Tried reset...nope...no luck :-(((

Tried again the link, now I have received an error from chrome, blocked by client...
It was AdBlock blocking the image...now i can see your image

Will see after 14 days if something change???
