In posts said to cancel vegas pro 365 needs to email to 'infoservice@magix.net' with the order( or customer) number. But i cannot find my customer number so i put the contract number. Is it the right way to do? Plz help me :(
@Hyewon-Lee That should be enough for MAGIX to identify your 365 subscription. The Terms and Conditions (section II § 2) state this: "4. Any termination must be made in writing and must be sent to the following address: MAGIX Software GmbH Quedlinburger Straße 1 10589 Berlin Germany Email: infoservice@magix.net"
