Can I Change My Shipping Method to Instant Download for Vegas Pro?

Hi everyone,

I recently purchased Vegas Pro and mistakenly selected "dispatch by mail" instead of "instant download." I contacted support about 6 hours ago, but I haven’t received a response yet. I was wondering if anyone here has had a similar experience and knows if it's possible to change the delivery method.

Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated!

Have you received an email confirming your purchase that includes the serial number for your Vegas Pro 22 purchase? If yes, go to https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/vegas-pro-22-build-122--147148/ where clicking on the link at the end of the post will enable a download of Vegas Pro 22 build 122.

The Deep Learning Models (i.e. AI FX) can be downloaded fromhttps://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/faq-where-can-i-download-vegas-pro-and-other-vegas-software--104782/ - the version needed for Vegas Pro 22 is 22.0.0.0.

If you haven't been advised of the serial number, you should be able to use Vegas Pro 22 in trial mode until such time that you receive the serial number.

Thank you for your response! I still haven't received a serial number in my email yet, so I guess I'll have to wait patiently. I'm just asking because I'm a bit worried about possibly losing my money.

I just received an email with my serial number! For anyone experiencing the same issue, I recommend contacting support immediately, and they should be able to resolve it for you. Thank you to everyone who helped!
