As "magix studio" is likely a MAGIX program and not a VEGAS one, you need to ask at magix.info/us/ if that software is even available as a 32bit version.
The last VEGAS versions of Pro and Movie Studio that were offered in a 32 bit version was around version 8.
I guess the bigger question would be why a 32-bit version would be desired when all current OS's are 64-bit and 64-bit runs much better for video editing...
The last 32 bit Vegas Pro from Sony/SCS was version 11. The last 32 bit (Vegas) Movie Studios from Sony/SCS were version 13. VEGAS Pros from v14 on and VEGAS MS(P)s v14-17 from MAGIX are all only 64bit.
