Can I translate my program in Russian?

Good evening. The thing is, I don't know much English. How can I translate the program Vegas Pro 16.0 on Russian language? I apologize for the "broken" English: I am writing this letter with the help of a translator

Are you looking to translate/localize a script you've written or are you looking for a way to run a localized version of VP for Russian ?

If the OP wants a localized Russian version, I think this comment is valid also regarding VP 16.
