Saw the upgrade offers, but it does not state which products you can upgrade from. Can I upgrade to Vegas Pro 15 from Movie Studio Platinum 13?

Do a test drive using "Upgrade Now" to see if your MSP 13 serial number qualifies for any upgrade price.
