Can not run my new software

I get error-24 whatever I do with my email. (Movie Studio 16 platinum). Unfortunately, I can not run the software.

Btw, as you refer to MS 16 Platinum and these previous versions are not currently available through MAGIX Online Shop, did you purchase a new copy from a reliable third-party seller?

No. I purchased MS 16 a year ago without relaizing that it is only applicable for 64-bit. I have now upgraded to 64-bit , hoping I can run the purchased software.
